How to set up the Startlink Satellite Starter Kit step by step?

In this basic tutorial, we'll show you how to install the StarLink Satellite Internet Kit.

Installation is simple, quick and easy.

However, there are a few things to keep in mind when installing the satellite Internet service to work properly.

This service is ideal for rural areas that do not have internet and not so much for cities.

How to connect the satellite dish? We passed the cable through the base and plugged it into the bottom of the antenna, as shown in the picture. A location with an unobstructed view of the sky, free of obstructions such as trees or buildings, should be chosen. The antenna moves by itself, at no time should we try to move it manually because we can damage the mechanism.

How to find the right location with an unobstructed view of the sky? The antenna needs a completely clear sky unobstructed so that it can stay connected to satellites as they move overhead. If you can't find a clear field of view from ground level, consider installing it in an elevated location, such as a roof, pole, or wall.
Objects that obstruct the connection between the antenna and the satellite, such as a tree branch, pole, or roof, will cause service interruptions.
Make the connections. The antenna is outdoor and goes outdoors, the router goes inside protected from the rain. The antenna will automatically level to search for satellites overhead. After a few minutes, Starlink will make an initial connection to the Starlink constellation and tilt to the optimal angle for satellite coverage (slightly north or south depending on your location in the Northern or Southern Hemisphere).
DO NOT try to manually adjust the antenna, because it could be damaged.

Download the app (the application for installation is available on Google Play and Apple Store), connect the network cable to the antenna and the power cable to the router. Once turned on, the system will automatically search for and connect to the satellite network.
Connect to WiFi, On your device, find and connect to the STARLINK network in your Wi-Fi settings. Once connected, a browser window will open asking you to enter a new SSID (network name) and password. This step is optional but recommended.
